Oops! Sorry!

I'm so sorry i haven't posted in so long! I needed to do school tests. (So tiring.) Anyway, the Penguin Play Awards are here and... If you've met Aunt Arctic... Great! I've met her 3 times! I've also met Cadence 8 times and Rockhopper 1 time. G and the Penguin Band are coming Friday! Oh! This is my first eulc (credit to Mimo777)  to my first big party! Ok here it is... This is the time... If it's 2:30 in PST, what time is it in Calafornia, New Jersey, China, and Mexico? First person who gets it right gets to be a mod on my website! Now here's for the party... Using the mod clue... the army clock time is set in EST... it's 17:30. Figure it out!

    On the 2nd G is coming but penguin band are already here, cos ive met them and they go to the backstage
